Protect employee privacy by making electronic monitoring illegal
In some companies employees are tracked so closely that their managers can see if they pause between tasks or, even stop for a chat. Some companies are even monitoring workers metabolism. Some use ‘badges worn by employees to record their movements, interactions and “speaking patterns”

The rights of the employee or contractor to privacy in their day to day work and their travel to and from work.
To make it unlawful for an employer or company to request or require employees or contractors to use any form of software application on any form of personal device or wear any form of technology that monitors, tracks or records their movements, speech, behaviour or interactions with their environment, equipment or materials or other employees, customers or the public.
Not to use any form of computer programme or algorithm that can use data from any camera to identify, monitor or analyse the speech, behaviour and movements of any individual, employee or otherwise and produce any form of report or profile from the aggregated data collected.
The exception to be where the wearer is a government designated officer of the law or operates in an environment or setting where there is a risk of injury or death to the wearer or those receiving a service from him or her.
To make it illegal to collect, analyse share or sell on any such information
