Bennie Thompson: Jan. 6 Panel Will Make Criminal Referrals Based on Its Findings

The House select committee investigating the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol building will make criminal referrals to the Department of Justice (DOJ) relating to its findings sometime in the near future, according to the committee chair Rep.
