Johnson said he cannot remember when he last spoke to “Dave”, in reply to a question about when he last talked to the former prime minister, David Cameron, engulfed in the Greensill scandal.

Ian Blackford, the SNP’s Westminster leader, says the Scottish Government has passed “landmark legislation embedding the rights of the child in Scots’ Law”.
He said that “even the Scots Tories” have welcomed it, but now faces a legal challenge because the law “constrains Westminster powers” .
